Boil quinoa in 175ml of salted water (2,5:1 rate) until the water is gonne. The Inca-grain Quinoa is one of the best vegetable protein sources, because it includes all of the nine amino acids.
Cut the onion into small pieces. Mix the whole eggs and the egg whites with a fork and add the onion. Flavor it with pepper, salt and garlic powder. Roast each side of the egg omlette for about 6 – 8 minutes.
