Ingredients for the Homemade Protein Ice Cream (2 scoops):
- 50g Peanut Butter (Crunchy)
- 50ml Milk (Low-Fat)
- 40g Whey Protein (Cookies & Cream)
- 30g Wholemeal Cornflakes
- 10ml Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (calorie free)
Preparation of the Crunchy Protein Ice Cream:
Put Peanut Butter, low-fat milk and Walden Farms Caramel Syrup in a bowl an mix it. Crush the wholemeal cornflakes in a plastic bag. Add crushed cornflakes and Whey Protein to the cream and mix it.
Deep freeze the cream for about 30 minutes.
