Ingredients for the Homemade Protein Ice Cream (2 scoops):

Preparation of the Crunchy Protein Ice Cream:

Put Peanut Butter, low-fat milk and Walden Farms Caramel Syrup in a bowl an mix it. Crush the wholemeal cornflakes in a plastic bag. Add crushed cornflakes and Whey Protein to the cream and mix it.

Deep freeze the cream for about 30 minutes.

One scoop of this delicious Protein Ice Cream contains 25g of Protein. Enjoy it and stay fit!
