    yeah! i have been read this shake recipe carefully and i want know something more, do these kinds of weight gaining shakes are better from body supplements???

    The good think about this selfmad shakes is that there are good foods in it and no chemical things like in some supplement shakes! It´s also better to drink selfmade shakes because you have more vitamins and fibres in it!
