- 200ml Milk (3,5% Fat)
- 1 Banana
- 50g Berries (frozen)
- 70g Instant Oats
- 15ml natural FitOil (high in Omega-3 Fatty Acids)
- 25g Almond Butter
- Whey Protein (Vanilla)
Cut the banana into pieces. Put banana, Instant Oats, berries, Almond Butter, Whey Protein and natural FitOil into the blender and fill it up with 200ml of milk. Mix it for about 30 sec until it´s smooth.
