Ingredients for the Salmon-Filet:

  • 250g Salmon Filet
  • 70g Basmati Rice
  • 50g Zucchini
  • 30g Green beans
  • 30g Paprika
  • 30g Scallions
  • 1 Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Garlic
  • Pepper

Preparation of the Post-Workout Recipe:

First wash the vegetables and cut it into small pieces. Then roast it for a few minutes and flavor it with salt and pepper.
