Ingredients:


Preparation:

Boil basmati rice in 200ml of salted water (ratio 2:1) for about 12 minutes (until the water is gone). Roast minced meat, kidney beans, corn, onion and chili for about 12-15 minutes (low heat) and flavor it with a bit of salt, pepper, and paprika powder. After about 10min add tomato sauce, olive oil and chili. Boil it for another 3-4min. Serve basmati rice with chili con carne. Enjoy and stay fit!
