Post-Workout Recipe:



Cut the chicken into small pieces and roast it together with the kidney beans for about 12-15 minutes (medium heat). Flavor it with a bit of salt, pepper, curry powder and garlic powder. After about 10 minutes add two eggs and roast it for another 3-4 minutes. Heat the wraps in another pan for 1 minute (30 seconds per side). Fill the wraps with chicken, eggs and beans. Enjoy and stay fit!
