  • 150g Steak (beef)
  • 100g Green beans (frozen)
  • 10g Bacon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic powder

Preparation (medium):

Roast the steak on each side for about 2-3 minutes and afterwards put it into the stove for about 10 minutes (180° Celsius). Roast the green beans for about 10 minutes and add some bacon. Flavor it with a bit of salt, pepper and garlic powder. Serve the steak with green beans and bacon. Enjoy and stay fit!
