Ingredients for the Salmon-Filet:
- 250g Salmon Filet
- 70g Basmati Rice
- 50g Zucchini
- 30g Green beans
- 30g Paprika
- 30g Scallions
- 1 Lemon
Preparation of the Post-Workout Recipe:
First wash the vegetables and cut it into small pieces. Then roast it for a few minutes and flavor it with salt and pepper.
Afterwards gently roast the Salmon filet for 6 minutes on each side and add the spices.
For the sauce press out the lemon and flavor it with ginger-powder, garlic and season it with salt and pepper.
