  • 200g Steak
  • 230g Potatoes
  • 100g Broccoli
  • 30g Natural yoghourt (0,1% fat)
  • 30g Curd cheese (low-fat)
  • 1 Garlic glove
  • Pepper
  • Salt


Preheat the oven to 200° Celsius. Wrap the potatoes with aluminum and bake them for about 30 minutes (180° Celsius). Put the frozen broccoli into a pan, roast it for about 12 minutes (medium heat) and flavor it with salt and pepper. Roast the steak for 3 minutes per side (high heat) and afterwards put it into the oven for 10 minutes (180° Celsius). Garlic sauce: Mix natural yoghourt and curd cheese with a fork and squeeze 1 garlic glove. Flavor it with salt and pepper. Serve steak, potatoes and broccoli with garlic sauce.
