Ingredients for the Chocolate Protein Pancakes recipe:

Preparation of the Chocolate Pancakes (high protein):

Mix egg, egg white, curd cheese, honey and sweetener in a bowl. Mix Whey Protein (chocolate), cocoa and baking powder in a second bowl. Afterwards mix all together and stir it with an egg whip. Put the mass into a small pan (about 20cm diameter) and roast it for about 8 minutes (low heat). Turn the pancake with a plate and roast the other side for another 6 – 8 minutes.

Finally pour some calorie free Walden Farms Chocolate Syrup over it and enjoy the low-carb pancake with fresh fruits like banana, strawberry or pineapple.
