Ingredients 5 portions of Protein Vanilla-Coconut Ice Cream:
- 400ml Milk (low fat)
- 100ml Cream (low fat)
- 80g Whey Protein (vanilla)
- 20ml Walden Farms Caramel Syrup (Calorie free)
- 1 Egg
- 2 Egg whites
- 25g Shredded Coconut
Preparation of the healthy Protein Ice Cream:
Mix egg and egg whites with whey protein until it´s liquid. Simmer the milk for 2-3min and than add it to the eggs and the whey protein during mixing. Put the mass into the fridge until it´s cold. Mix it again for 2-3min. Afterwards add the whipped cream and the desiccated coconuts and stir it. Put the whole mass into the ice cream machine for about 45min or, alternatively, into the freezer for about 2 hours. Finally portion it into five portions.
